About the Founder and His Cars

Bio

The Z

The car that started it all. My dad bought this car in the summer of 1997 when I was only a year old. We used it for family weekend trips, as it is a 2+2, and over time it became the father-son project car. I did my first oil change on it when I was 8, I learned how to drive just before I turned 15, and I learned how to do all sorts of maintenance with this car. It has been in this current form for a number of years, dad and I never had a specific goal other than to get it running and driving nice. The vision for this car has gone through multiple changes (small block V8, road racer, drag car, etc.). When I graduated college my dad surprised me with the keys, so after spending my life growing up with it, my name was finally on the title. I have finally figured out what my ultimate goals are for this car and I can begin working towards it! Stay tuned to the ReVizion series on the YouTube channel to see what this car will become.

The Lexus a.k.a. Brittney

I was a late bloomer when it came to buying my first car. I didn’t have enough cash to get my own set of wheels until the age of 20. First-gen IS300’s are great cars: reliable, fun, and have a good sized aftermarket. This car has taken me many places and taught me many things. I’ve done long road trips in it, crashed it, jumped it, tracked it, you know…normal 1st car stuff. During my time of ownership I have only made mild changes to it as it is my daily driver. It is currently suspended by 2017 Fortune Auto 500 Series coilovers, sitting on Advan RG-3 wheels (18x8 +45 Front and 18x9 +45 Rear), a set of full clear taillights by Hotsos Lightwerks, and it’s got an early 00’s (maybe older) BRIDE Revs seat. It is perfect where it’s at, but there are definitely things I want to change, hopefully I can begin a build of this car in the future.

The S2000 a.k.a. Briana

This car is one of my dream cars, I remember playing Gran Turismo 2 as a kid and always choosing the S2000 and driving it at Laguna Seca. I love the timeless design and the amazing 9,000 RPM limit F20C in the AP1. When I was close to graduating college I decided that I wanted a second car to use for the weekends and for track days. I wanted to see how much these cars were going for, just for fun, and lucky me they were in my budget. I looked at about four cars before finding this one. I have enjoyed driving this car in pretty much stock form but am looking forward to minor mods that will make it even more fun! In the meantime, I’m chasing a few lap times on the stock AP1 wheels.

As I mentioned in the description for the Z, I have been around cars from a very young age. Everything from Ford Pinto Modified 4 oval cars to Subaru WRX rally cars, and clean street VW Corrado’s, I have been exposed to all kinds of car culture. The goal for the YouTube channel is to share and document my automotive experiences. I want to meet all different kinds of car enthusiasts from all different backgrounds. Southern California is the melting pot of car culture, if it exists, you can find it here.

Even though I currently own 3 Japanese cars, I still want a good ‘ole American V8 at some point and I do enjoy a clean German sedan. Every car enthusiast has a dream car, others have multiple. I have a number of dreams cars that I would love to own one day and I am lucky enough to already own one!

Racing is the sport that I grew up with, and I am extremely lucky to be in the industry. I spent my childhood at tracks like: Irwindale, Willow Springs, Laguna Seca, Fontana, Buttonwillow, and Long Beach. I have driven a handful of these but I plan on taking the S2000 on many more track days and to also begin my racing career in the near future.

Photography and cars go hand-in-hand. I began with a Canon Rebel T6 and the kit lens it came with. I now use a Canon 6D Mk2 with a range of lenses, I am still building a collection (that also includes a couple of film cameras) that I can use for the YouTube channel as well. I enjoy photography and am looking to expand on what I currently do. Every time I pick up the camera I try and learn something new or try something different.

Thank you for stopping by, please check out the YouTube channel and the Instagram. I hope to see you on the road!
